Why is my FPS low, or why is the game stuttering?

Lower your in-game graphics settings.

Update your graphics driver (see above).

On a laptop, make sure SEED runs on your dedicated GPU, not the integrated one (NVIDIA Control Panel or AMD Software → graphics settings).

Close background apps: browser tabs, Discord or GeForce Experience/Adrenalin overlays, recording software.

Check you meet the recommended, not just minimum, requirements.

Give your PC a minute if it's been under heavy load — thermal throttling shows up as an FPS drop.
