How to Get Support
Need help with SEED? You have options!
Whether you need a quick answer about gameplay or help with a complex technical issue, there are three ways to get support.
1. Ask PAM (AI Assistant)
For immediate answers to gameplay questions, start here. PAM (Personal Assistant Module) is our in-game personal AI assistant, updated with the latest game knowledge.
- How to access: Click the purple PAM icon located at the end of the toolbar on the top-left side of your screen.

- How to use: Simply type your question as you would with any AI chatbot. She will tailor her response specifically to your query.
2. Contact a Support Agent
If you cannot resolve your issue with PAM, you can reach our human support team in two ways:
- Via the Support Page: Click the "Contact Us" button at the top of this page and fill out the request form.
- Inside the Game: You can submit a ticket directly from within SEED.Tip: Submitting in-game is recommended for bugs, as it automatically includes helpful metadata from your game session.
What happens next?
- Your request creates a ticket in our system.
- A human team member reviews your request.
- We aim to respond within 24 hours or less.Please note: Weekend requests may take longer due to reduced capacity.
3. Community Support
Join the conversation with other Cultivators! While our community is mainly focused on discussing game strategies and gameplay, they are often happy to help with general questions.
- Where to go: Join our Discord!
- Channel: Reach out in #general-chat.Tip: If your problem appears to be complex or involves account issues, please skip Discord and reach out directly to the support team!
