Having trouble launching the game? Please read this.

If you're having issues launching the game:

• Please make sure you are logged into seed.game on your default browser and that you have the latest launcher downloaded from https://seed.game/

• If you still have issues, pleas try logging out of both the website seed.game and the launcher (settings cog icon, then 'logout') then login again

If you've tried the above and you're still stuck, please use the contact form at the top of this page to open a ticket and attach your launcher logs. The logs will help us to diagnose any potential issue.

To get your launcher logs:

Windows:
In windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Klang\Seed\launcher\logs Please make sure to replace "Username" with your Windows user name. Please attach the files in that folder to your support ticket.

Mac:
In Finder, from the taskbar choose "Go → Go to Folder" and paste ~/Library/Application Support/Klang/Seed/launcher/logs/ Please attach the files in that folder to your support ticket.
