Buffs and Debuffs

In SEED, you will encounter two types of buffs and debuffs: Mental and Physical. For example, when your Seedlings are happy and their needs are met, they may gain positive buffs, increasing your walking speed and production speed, among other positive things. 

Alternatively, if your Seedling is unhappy, it could receive a negative debuff, reducing its performance while doing tasks, walking speed, etc. 

Debuffs cannot be resolved independently, so you must take action to resolve them. When you hover over a debuff, it will inform you about how it was triggered and the steps to resolve it. To see these, click on the Apps icon at the bottom of the screen and then open the health app.
